I bought several pieces for my dining room while visiting in West Jefferson knowing that I would not be able to get them home to Charlotte for several weeks. They had no issues holding on to the furniture for me. The day I was able to pick it up it was raining really hard both at the store and in Charlotte, but I had zero worries because when I got there I saw that they had the furniture wrapped so well that there were no issues with getting it home and in my house despite the pouring rain. They also packed everything up in the U-Haul for us (including an additional piece I bought on pick up day!) and made sure it was secure and protected. I highly recommend this store!!"
